I forgot I originally wrote this for people who know what these acronyms mean!!


WDW = Walt Disney World!!
TGM = Tour Guide Mike (must have if you're planning a WDW vacation!!)
ADR = Advanced Dining Reservation
DDP = Disney Dining Plan (we got 1 TS, 1 CS & 1 snack/day/person)

TS = Table service meal (sit down inside with wait staff or buffet)

CS = Counter Service (fast food mostly, but some nicer)

OOP = Out of Pocket (had to pay $ for Joshy since he was only 2 & not included in DDP)

DTD = Downtown Disney

RD = Rope Drop (park opening)
KTTW = Key To The World Card (hotel key card, park ticket, & keeps track of dining credits)
FP = Fast Pass (let you cut the line legally)

CM= Cast Member (it's what Disney calls all their staff)
EMH = Extra Magic Hours (only available to Disney Resort guests, either before park opens or after it closes)
TTC = Transportation & Ticket Center (get tickets here & have to pass through if you drive to MK)
SB = Standby (go through regular queue, without FastPass)
DME = Disney Magical Express (bus to & from airport)
RAC = Resort Airline Check-in (FABULOUS!!  They checked our bags for us & we just took carry-ons to airport)
FW = Fort Wilderness (resort where our cabin was)


Most of the rest are ride names
EPCOT
MS = Mission Space
TT = Test Track
WS = World Showcase
FW = Future World
SOAT = Sum of All Thrills (design virtual roller coaster, then ride it)


AK = Animal Kingdom
EE = Expedition Everest
KS = Kilimanjaro Safari
TS = Triceratop Spin
PW = Primeval Whirl
ITTBAB = It's Tough to be a Bug (saw it in 98 & would have freaked Emily out)
FOTLK = Festival of the Lion King (Broadway style show, not to be missed)


MK = Magic Kingdom
BTMRR = Big Thunder Mountain Railroad
BBB = Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique (fabulous for girls)
GF = Grand Floridian (fancy schmancy hotel near MK)
TL = Tomorrow Land
AL = Adventure Land
FL = Frontier Land
JC = Jungle Cruise
PoC = Pirates of the Caribbean
HM = Haunted Mansion
IASW = It's a Small World


DHS = Disney's Hollywood Studios, formerly Disney's MGM
SWW = Star Wars Weekends!!  (4 weekends from the end of May thru mid- June)
RnRc = Rockin Roller Coaster (starring Aerosmith)
ToT = Tower of Terror
TSMM = Toy Story Midway Mania
BatB = Beauty and the Beast (stage show)
LMA = Lights, Motors, Action (stunt show)
HISTK = Honey, I Shrunk the Kids
